Do you guarantee virality?
No. We craft high-quality edits engineered for retention and watch-time, but performance depends on many factors outside our control - including algorithms, audience, timing, niche, account history, and posting strategy. Results vary.
What's the turnaround time?
Typically 1-3 days per short depending on complexity and our current queue. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on workload, complexity, and client responsiveness. Exact timelines are confirmed in your Discord ticket.
How many revisions are included?
Each short includes 2 reasonable revision rounds (minor edits like caption tweaks, small trims). Additional revisions or major re-edits due to changed direction after approval may incur extra fees.
What if I need a refund?
If work hasn't started, refunds may be available at our discretion. Once work begins, refunds are prorated based on completed work. Once final deliverables are delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by law. See our Terms for full details.
What footage do I need to provide?
Raw gameplay, camera footage, or screen recordings. We work with most common video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. If you're unsure, just ask in your Discord ticket and we'll confirm.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through our Discord server. Join the server, open a ticket, share your footage and requirements, and we'll confirm pricing and turnaround in the ticket.
What platforms do you format for?
We format for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and any other short-form platform. Just let us know your target platform(s) in your brief.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Shorts start at $10-$15 each, and per-unit pricing decreases with bulk orders. Final pricing is always confirmed in writing in your Discord ticket.
Do I get the project files?
Source project files (Premiere/After Effects) are not included by default. If you need them, mention it upfront and we can discuss pricing.
Can you use my own music or audio?
Yes, as long as you have the rights to use it. You're responsible for ensuring all materials you provide (footage, music, logos, clips) are properly licensed.
