2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Orders and Communication (Discord-first)

Orders are typically placed and managed through our Discord ticket system. The website may provide information and pricing guidance, but final scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing in the Discord ticket (or other written channel we approve).

4. Scope of Services

We provide editing and content packaging services which may include:

• Cutting/trimming, pacing, scene selection
• Captions/subtitles (including stylized captions)
• Basic motion graphics, transitions, and formatting
• Aspect ratio formatting for short-form platforms

Exact deliverables are defined per order.

Not included unless explicitly agreed:

• Growth/marketing management
• Account management
• Posting
• Paid ads
• Influencer outreach
• Guaranteed performance outcomes

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee views, reach, engagement, follower growth, revenue, or "virality." Performance depends on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, audience, timing, niche, account history, posting strategy, etc.). You acknowledge that results vary.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and references
• Provide timely access to footage/assets
• Ensure you own or have permission to use all materials you send (footage, music, logos, clips, etc.)
• Comply with platform rules and applicable laws

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, your order includes 2 reasonable revision rounds per delivered short (minor edits like captions, small trims). Additional revisions or major re-edits due to changed direction after approval may incur additional fees.

8. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on workload, complexity, and client responsiveness. Delays caused by missing assets, unclear instructions, or late feedback extend timelines.

9. Pricing and Bulk Discounts

Base pricing typically starts at $10-$15 per short, and per-unit pricing may decrease for bulk orders. Final price is confirmed in writing for each order.

10. Payments

Payment terms (upfront/partial/milestone) are defined per order in writing. We may require full or partial payment before starting work. Failure to pay may pause or cancel the project.

11. Refunds

Because digital services involve time and labor:

• If work has not started, refunds may be available at our discretion.
• If work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be prorated based on completed work.
• Once final deliverables are delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.

12. Intellectual Property (IP) and Licenses

Your materials: You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the Services.

Our work product: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered edited videos for your own publishing/marketing.

Project files: Unless explicitly included, source project files (Premiere/After Effects) are not provided by default.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless you opt out in writing before delivery, you grant us permission to display completed work (or excerpts) for portfolio/showreel purposes (website/social media). We will not share private/non-public information included in your brief.

14. Prohibited Content

We may refuse or terminate service for content involving illegal activity, fraud, deception, hate/harassment, extremist content, or anything that violates third-party rights or platform rules.

15. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for takedowns, strikes, removals, demonetization, or algorithm changes.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your materials (copyright/trademark/privacy violations)
• Your misuse of deliverables
• Your breach of these Terms

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. If terminated, you remain responsible for fees for work completed.

19. Governing Law (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of India, and venue/jurisdiction will be determined based on applicable law and your/our location, unless otherwise required by law.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
