How it works

Three simple steps from raw footage to finished shorts. Everything happens in Discord for speed and tracking.

STEP 01

Open a Discord Ticket

Join our Discord server and open a new ticket. Let us know what you need -- a single short, a batch, or something custom.

  • Click the invite link to join our Discord
  • Navigate to the ticket channel
  • Open a new ticket and describe your project

STEP 02

Send Footage + Brief

Share your raw clips along with a brief covering the platform, vibe, and caption style you want.

  • Upload raw footage (MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI accepted)
  • Include: target platform (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Describe: vibe, caption style, music preference
  • Share any reference edits you like

STEP 03

Delivery + Revisions

Receive your edited shorts in platform-ready format. Includes 2 revision rounds per short for fine-tuning.

  • Edited files delivered in your Discord ticket
  • 2 revision rounds included per short
  • Final files in MP4, ready to upload
  • Additional revisions available at extra cost

Acceptable file types

We accept most common video formats. If unsure, just ask in your ticket.

How to send files

  • Upload directly in your Discord ticket (up to Discord file size limit)
  • For larger files, use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the link
  • Make sure sharing permissions are set so we can access the files
